📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it’s shipped with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Time

Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days
Express Shipping (India): 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
International Shipping: 7–15 business days (subject to customs clearance)
Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unexpected logistical delays.

🌍 International Orders

We do ship internationally! Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.

📫 Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
Shipping fees for COD or express delivery will be calculated at checkout.
International shipping rates are calculated based on destination and weight.

🔄 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also track your shipment anytime in the My Orders section of your Jyot.in account.
