In the absence of Tirthankars, the duties and the powers of managing the entire Jinshashan are delegated to dhamacharyas by Tirthankars themselves.

Therefore policy decision making regarding Jinshashan and Tirths is the right of the dhamacharyas only.

But Anandji Kalyanji Pedhi has acted like the owner of Tirths in various tirth Raksha matters and signed away the ownership of Ranakpur and Muchala mahavir Tirth to the government without informing or consulting Shree Sangh.

Anandji Kalyanji Pedhi is duty bound by Jinagnya to protect and act in the interest of Jinshashan and Tirth Raksha.

But acting hypocritically it is wrongfully pressuring Jyot to stop #ReclaimRanakpur tirth Raksha movement establishing truth and facts through social media awareness.

When they have wrongfully signed away the rights of Shree Sangh, don’t we have any right to Reclaim them back?

Who gave them the right to make such irrational demands ?
