Message to
Indian leaders
To,
Rajnath Singh
Home Minister
India
29th May 2014
…I am sure you would be of the same mind that Religion is one of the best reforming factor in our
society. All religions do a great service to society by establishing the fundamentals of goodness and
peace. I am of the firm view that criminality in an individual can be best vanquished by true religious
acceptance.
In Indian tradition, state has been a facilitator to all religions. The Bhartiya Janata Party, of which you
have been President, has been known to have a pro-religious policy orientation and mind-set. Given
this strong belief, as the Home Minister, I expect your ministry to provide at-par treatment as a
facilitator to all religions so that traditional Indian Secularism flourishes…
