transformation of a uni-polar world order to a multi-polar world order. The hegemony of the uni-polar
world order is fast collapsing. At this critical juncture where an emerging, new world order is taking
shape, I am positive you can play a major role in re-orientation of global power axes.
The ‘Look East’ Policy, which has been your party’s mantra holds tremendous potential in times to
come. Based on this paradigm, it is my earnest suggestion that you build a South – South Global
Co-Operation Model with a broad channel engagement. Steps in this direction would be a great stride
for the nation, and through this – I have a firm belief that India’s global status would be uplifted…
