POINTS OF GRAVE CONCERN IN THE JUDGMENT

In the preceding section one could observe that Anandji Kalyanji Trust (“AKT”) on their part have irresponsibly made many dubious submissions and admissions in their affidavit. Surprisingly the entire affidavit formed a part of the Judgment which resulted in an establishment of a permanent public record of all such mistakes.
