I, Gacchadhipati of Mohjitvijayji Samuday of Tapa-Gaccha, Jainacharya Yugbhushansuri (Pandit Maharaj), on behalf of monks (Sadhus and Sadhavis) under my aegis, along with myself, declare that we monks were never represented by Anandji Kalyanji Trust (AKT) in any matters concerning Shwetamber Murtipujak Jain Sangh.
This declaration, and our actions continue to be guided exclusively by Jin Aagna which is based upon our ancient scriptures and we will be free to choose our course of action in accordance with the scriptures to secure religious and legal rights and liberties of Shwetambar Murtikpujak Jain Chaturvidh Sangh.
